IntelliCare's proprietary contact center application, IntelliView,
provides contact center and clinical staff with the information
and tools they need to deliver top-quality, client-specific information
and support to callers. The application provides our clients with
extensive customization capabilities, from private branding to custom
workflows and communications practices.
IntelliView uses a proprietary logic engine, DidUKno, to develop customized workflows and messaging based on what it "knows" about each individual patient. By building a consolidated patient profile and learning from each encounter, IntelliView enables call center agents to promote programs or services that are relevant to each individual patient such as disease management or wellness programs.
