With IntelliCare, healthcare organizations gain the ultimate flexibility

is an application architecture that supports both clinical and marketing
programs and provides a framework through which multiple services
can be integrated. IntelliView can frame multiple third-party applications
(e.g., disease management programs), facilitate rules-based referrals
to other programs (e.g., EAP or case management), and provide reports
or data to other systems.
Flexible Deployment Options
- Clients with limited medical call center resources can fully outsource operations to IntelliCare. All services are privately labeled, so IntelliCare becomes an extension of our clients' brands.
- The IntelliView application is available for clients who wish to run their own standalone contact center. The software is deployed in an application service provider (ASP) mode which allows our clients to benefit from IntelliCare's fully redundant data centers and extensive security infrastructure.
- A "co-source" option offers the best of both worlds to clients who wish to maintain their own contact center, but also desire the ability to tap into IntelliCare's national network of RNs after hours and for peak-volume periods, holidays, and disaster recovery.
Content- and Application-Neutral Infrastructure
In addition to providing a complete library of best-of-breed clinical and marketing application solutions, IntelliView can also support customized applications and content, or a combination thereof. IntelliCare account management and professional services will help clients design the right solution, leveraging the right content and workflow.
IntelliView applications and content may also be extended to the Web to allow patients to self-register for events and classes, find a physician or access content online. All Web- and agent-driven application usage is unified in one database to maintain up-to-the-minute information, such as class availability.
