IntelliCare Receives URAC Accreditation
as a Health Call Center

(PORTLAND, MAINE) March 29, 2007 – IntelliCare, Inc, a Medco Health Solutions Company, announced today that it has again been awarded Health Call Center Accreditation from URAC, a Washington, DC-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry. IntelliCare has been fully accredited by URAC since 2001.

IntelliCare offers an assortment of clinical and non-clinical call center services to all sectors of the health care industry. Through a distributed remote network of registered nurses, IntelliCare provides outsourced services that include 24 x 7 Nurse Line, Enrollment, Health Risk Assessments, Physician Referral, Class Registration and Disease Management infrastructure programs.

URAC Health Call Center standards apply to organizations providing nurse triage and health information services to the public when conducted by telephone, via the Web or other electronic means. By receiving Health Call Center Accreditation, URAC assures that IntelliCare has met all relevant standards and performs nurse line and other health information services in a manner that is timely, confidential, and includes medically appropriate care and treatment advice.
