IntelliCare Hires Jean Nichols as
Vice President of Customer Relations
(PORTLAND, MAINE) October 10, 2006 – IntelliCare, Inc., a provider of outsourced healthcare call center services, has announced today that it has named Jean Nichols as Vice President of Customer Relations. Nichols is a leader in the health plan industry, and brings more than 15 years experience to her new role.
IntelliCare has grown, and will continue to expand significantly as we bring both new and existing solutions to customers and prospects. Jean’s exceptional healthcare sales and management expertise are a welcome addition to our executive management team. Our ability to attract such experienced and talented individuals to our team is a testimony to the success IntelliCare has had in becoming a leader in providing outsourced healthcare call center solutions.
Nichols will draw upon her deep background in the healthcare industry — from sales and account management to healthcare policy and law — as she oversees IntelliCare’s focus on meeting customer needs through innovative product development, strategic planning, and guidance of the account managers, project managers and sales staff. Immediately prior to joining IntelliCare, she was the Director of Provider Network Management for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine. She has also served as an Attorney for Bonneau & Geismar, LLC, Chief Sales Executive for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine and Vice President of Major and National Accounts for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine. Jean holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
