Jean Nichols

Jean Nichols
Vice President, Customer Relations

Ms. Nichols is responsible for Account Management, Project Management and Marketing services provided to IntelliCare clients.  Prior to joining IntelliCare, Ms. Nichols held various sales, marketing, provider contracting and legal positions with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Maine.  In addition, as a privately practicing attorney she counseled hospital, health plan and medical service provider clients on legal and compliance issues.  She has a bachelor’s degree in English and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

Becca Nealis

Becca Nealis
Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Becca is responsible for managing client implementations and other projects for IntelliCare. Prior to joining IntelliCare, Ms. Nealis worked as an Operation Manager for a small telephone company and as a Human Resources Manager for the Portland Press Herald in Portland, Maine. Ms. Nealis holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a BS in Management from Boston College.

Ryan Lynn Shaw

Ryan Lynn Shaw
Project Manager

Ryan Shaw oversees the management of client implementations and other projects, offered by IntelliCare. Before Ms. Shaw’s tenure with IntelliCare, she worked as an Application Support Specialist for the DeLorme Mapping Company and as a Systems Specialist for Fidelity Investments in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Shaw holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Bay State College, Boston, MA.

Jack Schifano

Jack Schifano
Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Jack is responsible for managing client implementations and other special projects for IntelliCare. Prior to joining IntelliCare, Jack worked as a Group Sales Representative for several employee benefit companies, including General Electric. He also served as an Account Manager and Claims Specialist with Unum Corporation and has public relations experience in the public sector. Jack holds a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a BA in History from the University of Maine.

Steve Hanna

Steve Hanna
Account Manager

Steve serves as an Account Manager for IntelliCare, and has been with the company for nearly seven years.  In this capacity, he works with a variety of clients, including health plans, hospitals, and physician practices.  Prior to joining IntelliCare, he was employed by Americo Life Insurance Company in Kansas City, Missouri, as a Customer Service Manager in the new business implementation area.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Kansas.

Michelle Dern

Michelle Dern
Account Manager

Michelle has been with IntelliCare for over eight years.  She started as a medical service representative using the IntelliView application, then joined the customer support team fielding clients calls. In September 2003, Michelle took on the role of account manager working closely with our Hospital, University and provider-based clients. Prior to joining IntelliCare, Michelle worked for Seaside Healthcare and Rehabilitation for seven years as a Medical Technologist.

Mathew Baker

Mathew Baker
Account Manager

Mathew is in his second year with IntelliCare as an Account Manager, primarily working with health plans, resellers, and University clients.   Prior to joining IntelliCare, Mathew worked in the Account Management field for 5 years with Unum, and 3 years as a Child and Family Therapist for a Community Mental Health Center in Dover, NH.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky.

Daniel Day

Daniel Day
Strategic Marketing & Communications

Daniel manages the implementation of marketing strategy, marketing communications and brand development for IntelliCare and various direct-to-consumer communication programs. In addition to his integrated marketing responsibilities, he is directly involved in new product development for current and emerging markets. Daniel received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in marketing from Endicott College, Beverly, MA.
